Return Eligibility
For hygiene and safety reasons, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges of body jewelry. However, exceptions may be made for unworn, unused items in their original condition.
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery. All returns and exchanges require prior approval and are reviewed individually.
Defective, damaged, or incorrect items will be handled separately in accordance with applicable consumer rights.
Refunds & Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error. Original shipping charges are non-refundable for change-of-mind returns. Refunds are processed after returned items are received and inspected.

United States
USPS International with tracking required. Untracked returns are not accepted.
Canada
Canada Post or another reliable carrier with tracking is required. Untracked returns are not accepted.
