1. Products & Pricing
We strive to provide accurate product descriptions, images, and pricing. However, slight variations in color or appearance may occur due to lighting and screen settings.
All prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout and may change without prior notice.
Unless otherwise stated, our piercing jewelry is sold individually (one piece), not as a pair.
2. Orders & Payments
Orders are subject to product availability and payment confirmation.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders due to pricing errors, stock shortages, suspected fraudulent activity, or other legitimate reasons. If payment has already been collected for a canceled order, a refund will be issued.
3. Shipping & Delivery
Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, customs clearance, holidays, or shipping carrier delays.

4. Customs, Duties & Taxes
United States: All applicable import duties and customs clearance fees are covered by MCBLANC Jewelry. Customers will not be charged additional customs duties or hidden fees upon delivery.
Canada: Applicable sales taxes, if any, are calculated and displayed at checkout.
Other International Destinations: Orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the customer's responsibility unless otherwise stated at checkout.
5. Returns & Refunds
Due to hygiene and safety considerations, returns and exchanges of body jewelry are generally restricted.
Exceptions may be considered for unused and unworn items in their original condition. Customers must contact us within 7 days of delivery, and all returns require prior approval.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns, incorrect sizes, or ordering the wrong item. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item is defective or we made an error.
Approved returns from the United States and Canada must be sent using a tracked shipping service. Customers from other international destinations must contact us for instructions before returning any items.

6. Jewelry Care & Usage
Customers are responsible for selecting the appropriate jewelry size, gauge, and material for their piercing.
We recommend following proper jewelry care instructions and consulting a professional piercer when necessary.
MCBLANC Jewelry is not responsible for issues caused by improper use, incorrect sizing, or failure to follow appropriate care instructions, except where responsibility cannot legally be excluded.

All website content, including product photographs, descriptions, logos, and designs owned by MCBLANC Jewelry, is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Unauthorized reproduction or commercial use of our content is prohibited.
8. Limitation of Liability
